Encaustics V--Environment/Waterworks
This series is based on the sea and its paradoxical nature.  It  is both serene and turbulent, quiet and violent, and it carries with it promise, hope, and terror.  It is a fitting metaphor for the paradox and change that marks human existence.  If you pose a question at the side of the sea, and you wait patiently, the sea and its surroundings will provide the answer.
