Gallery Six--Encaustics I Gallery Six is a collection of encaustic works that incorporates mixed media, found objects, and photo transfers. It also celebrates the vivid color available in this ancient medium. From acrylics and found objects, this was not an unexpected leap into a new medium. It is a technique-laden medium that allows the artist to capture a luminosity not easily achieved with other mediums.
